These chasteberry gummies are nice, I do like the flavor, but cannot really ay what it is supposed to be. It tastes pretty much like a sweet gummy bear, but they're not super sweet. I ordered them because I take chasteberry sometimes for hormonal support, but in ground up powder form, and it doesn't taste very nice... lol. These gummies deliver a dose of 800mg per gummy and you're supposed to take them on an empty stomach - I simply take them in the morning before breakfast, with some tea. Chasteberry also has neuroprotective properties and it was found in a study that it helps with bone healing - that's why I'm trying to take more of it, I just had an accident and had to walk on crutches, trying to heal my bones and have been taking a bunch of supplements that help. Chasteberry has been a welcome addition. I can't really say if these gummies work the same as the powdered form, but they definitely taste better!
