My husband loves the flavor and the fact that it is a gummy.

After taking these gummies for a little while now I have not had any issues or side effects. I have taken them on an empty stomach as recommended in the instructions. They do contain a high dose combination of enzymes that can potentially cause issues if you are not careful. Make sure you consult your physician if you are unsure about taking a product like this. I can't say what the long term affects will be for each individual but it seems like these may not be needed unless you have a specific condition you are trying to treat.=== Enzyme Breakdown ===- Protease – 223,000 USP units Helps break down proteins. Typical over-the-counter (OTC) doses range from 10,000 to 100,000 USP per serving. This dose is on the very high end — could be used in some therapeutic protocols, but not routine digestion.- Amylase – 245,000 USP units Breaks down carbohydrates. OTC products usually have 10,000–50,000 USP units. This is much higher than normal.- Lipase – 35,500 USP units Breaks down fats. OTC products range from 1,500 to 10,000 USP units. Very tasty gummies. Quality seems very good. Only comment is that the dose (even in one gummy) is fairly high for the listed enzymes. Probably not something you'd want for "general health" or to take long term.
