Our dedication to providing fresh and safe products drives all of our decision making. As such, returns are rarely allowed and only in specific situations. To be considered, a return must be unopened in its original packaging with no damage to the security tape and must be postmarked within 10 days of the original delivery date. You may be charged local ta x, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to process your charge until the transacti on is approved. If we are unable to complete the transaction, we may contact you directly to update your account information.
We use a third-party service provider for pa yment services (e.g., credit card transa ction processing, merchant settlement, and related services). You hereby consent to provide and autho rize VAITE LTD and its third-party service provider to share any information and pa yment instructions you provide to the extent required to complete pa yment transactions in accordance with this Agreement, including personal, fina ncial, cre dit card pa yment, and transac tion information. Upon initial registration of your credit card, you may see a pending charge as part of the authori zation confirmation process. This is not a charge and is used to confirm account authenticity. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
